Rooted in Gold Country Soil

Cherokee Creek Vineyard sits on a sun-drenched ridge in the Sierra Nevada foothills, where the air is thin, the days are long, and the soil — rich with ancient riverbed minerals — gives our grapes a character you won't find anywhere else.

Since 1998, our family has tended twelve acres of carefully selected varietals, each chosen for the way it thrives in this unique microclimate. The result is a lineup of wines that carry the spirit of Calaveras County in every bottle — bold, honest, and unmistakably rooted in place.
